Dickson has worked for over 10 Years in Australia and East  Africa as a professional engineer.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University, Australia, as well as a Masters degree in Geotechnical Engineering from The University of Sydney (Australia).

Possessing immense knowledge in mining, ground investigation,  prospecting, heavy civil works, civil design & project management, Dickson brings with him a combination of international knowhow and local market knowledge. 

He sits on the board of Directors of Asphalt Concrete Ltd, one of Kenyas Leading suppliers of building ballast, concrete and bituminous products from its several mining pits and quarries across the country.
