Nakuru Mining Company is a Kenyan Company that is a subsidiary of Asphalt Concrete ltd & Nyoro Construction Company, which are some of the largest indigenously owned Engineering entities in East Africa. Nyoro Construction Company is a Tier 1 /Category “A” rated firm with an impressive project portfolio, having constructed several Dams, Highways, Airport Runways, Factories, and Commercial buildings across the country. Asphalt Concrete ltd, in addition to its vast holdings in commercial real estate, is a leading manufacturer of construction & mining supplies, as well as a distributer of Cement across East Africa.

Nakuru Mining Company Ltd is undertaking to set up the largest integrated cement plant in Eastern Africa with a single largest kiln capacity of 1,056,000TPA clinker production and 1,584,000TPA cement production. In this project, the proponents are installing completely new production line comprising a long rotary kiln and two cement grinding mills, each with capacity of 100TPD. We are adopting the latest technology for the proposed new production line which will be helpful in trapping fugitive dust therefore reducing pollution. Our vision is resource optimisation, sustainable development, and retaining a low carbon footprint

Nakuru Mining Company Limited has secured over 200 million tons of limestone reserves fit for clinker production. We are currently prospecting a further 600 million tonnes in adjacent locations

It is envisaged that these reserves can sustain operations for more than 200 years.
